At atmospheric pressure, a dew point of -40°C corresponds to a water vapor content of approximately 124 ppm, marking the cost-performance balance point:
Above -40°C (e.g., -30°C, -35°C): Excess moisture leads to oxidation and defects in most precision processes;
≤ -40°C: Meets basic moisture and oxidation prevention requirements for the vast majority of welding, electronics, heat treatment and packaging processes;
For ultra-precise processes (semiconductors, lithium battery vacuum coating), the dew point needs to be further reduced to -60°C or lower
